Castor Oil

castor oil is very potent laxative.castor oil stimulates the small and large intestines and improves the bowel movement.  Castor oil is now available as over the counter product for the treatment of constipation.Simply swallow 1-2 teaspoons  of castor oil with empty stomach especially at morning time. To improve the bitter taste of castor oil, you can add few drops of lemon juice or juice of any other fruit to make pleasant taste of castor oil.If it is not possible then add some flavour which should be made of ood grade material.

Honey

Honey is an old age remedy used in various disorders like constipation, sore throat and stomach ulcer.Honey is highly beneficial in relieving  constipation due to its laxative and soothing effect on intestines. You can have it daily to prevent as well as treat constipation.Take 1-2 teaspoons of honey at least three time a day.You can also mix honey with orange juice to make it more pleasant and more effective because orange juice contains  orange pulp that acts as stool softening agent or bulk laxative.
