Lonsurf Dose is based on trifluridine component rounded to the nearest 5-mg increment. Lonsurf is administered BID on Days 1 through 5 and Days 8 through 12 of each 28-day cycle. Starting dose with 35 mg/m² PO it may be increased up to 80 mg/m² PO administered in the morning and evening after within 1 hour taking meal.
