I believe that I have cotton fever I went to er next morning after injecting meth due to severe headache and body aches I was put on iv given pain medication prescription for antibiotics and released. I keep reading that cotton fever runs it’s course within a day or so but it’s been three days and although my fever is gone this terrible headache and body aches persist. What can I do. Please help

    About 20 minutes after the injection I just felt bad. Did not want to move. The next morning I felt at first like I had a hang over with in 5 minutes I Had The WORST HEADACHE, a little sick at my stomach. After being in pain for 2 to 3 hours went to sleep and woke up with just a naging HEADACHE it is MUCH BETTER just little pain not getting worse. So Is this cotton fever??

  4. I think I may have had cotton fever it came on really strong about 20 min after I injected the drugs into my veins . But what’s confusing me is these terrible aches, and pains only lasted not even an hour. Is cotton fever what I experienced?
